Dogenzaka: Forums will not be up early. The admins said that technically the forums are ready, but it would look weird, so they just wanna release it on the 19th as scheduled. No word on what time of day, it will just release randomly most likely, to preserve server capacity. So hopefully they don't crash like in October.
