TheMuffinMan: Uhh, actually the Sega Game Gear, Sega Saturn, and N64 controllers all had shoulder buttons and the 4 button diamond layout before the Playstation controller, Americo....and the D-pad had been around since the NES controller...and the analog stick was first done by the N64 controller

Reckless Chaos: Sephiroth can use more then just fire. Sephiroth's speed, skill, and strength far exceeds Axel so, Sephiroth would rip Axel in half. All Sephiroth needs to defeat Axel is Sin Harvest and maybe a couple water3 and Ice3 spells to win.
