mental_mentos: I remember reading those books a long time ago. My friends got me started and I read Redwall and really loved it. It became the new series that my dad and I would read. (I read one then passed it off to him and so on.) Eventually, though, they lost my interest and later his. So yes I really liked the first couple of books but then I moved on.

Dogenzaka: Not all bugs have brains, so no. In that case, they simply function responses to the environment. Like Bacteria, and other one-celled organisms, which simply move, eat, and reproduce. The bugs you're talking about that don't have brains, are the tiny ones that really don't do anything but move, feed, have sex, and die, right?

chaywa: I really don't like the stock, it swamps the bg loads even with the positioning you chose... What you've done so far seems kinda basic, looks like some minor smudging/motion blurring with a gradient on screen (erased over the focal point in the stock) and a texture in the top right... My advice would probably be start again with a different stock, otherwise try and focus alot on depth, possibly erase the arm and umbrella altogether and create a \ flow bg and up the contrast and darkness...
