Who did the art for the game cover(s)? The drawing style or character design looks familiar to me but I can't place a name to the art!

I'm surprised there's no Secret of Evermore soundtrack on this website (horribly underrated gem of a game, if you ask me). The game got an official release, but it wasn't particularly good, and lacked several tracks, if I recall correctly. There is (or was, I'm not sure) however a website that holds the entirety of the game's music in ogg format, but I don't remember the name.
