The Sega Saturn port is an ULTIMATE version. This is one of reasons I want the Sega Saturn, not the PlayStation. I dunno why do many players love the Sega Genesis version (while I respect the Super NES version). Maybe both Sega versions are the BEST.
I think Eurocom made it cause they ported another fighting to DOS and Amiga CD32. Releasing UMK3 for the Saturn was such a wise decision.
