This isn't the Premium Sound Selection/Smash ing Soundtrack. It's just the songs from the 3DS version of the game; there aren't any songs from the Wii U version of the game.

The song titles, etc. are embedded in the mp3 tag data, the info is not missing.
Howev er, you're right when it's for searching purposes we need the song titles.
