Wait a minute, I thought there was no Game Gear release.

It never was until someone at SMS Power found the prototype of Pac-In-Time and dumped it online.
It's weird that the entire game was somehow finished but never got released and didn't even include the other three worlds from the Game Boy version.

Besides the Game Gear version, there was also the Sega Genesis version in development, but, unlike this version, it wasn't leaked.
