I remember it being used in a Roblox Mario Kart clone I played like almost 10 years ago. I don't recall it being used in a single flash game I've played before, and I remember playing a ton of Mario flash games back in the day.

Why does Staff Roll have a PAL50 version?

I'm guessing it's a regional difference where the PAL versions of the game have a longer credits theme for whatever reason. Don't take my word though, I don't know for sure.

This is fire. Great work. My suggestion would be to put about a quarter of a second of silence or less before some tracks play. Personally I use plexamp and it seems to cut out the very begining of some songs.
