I'm pretty sure this isn't lossless. It looks like a lossy gamerip --> .flac transcode to me, spectral analysis confirms that genuine audio isn't going above 16 khz, if this were official or truly lossless, that should be at about 22. Plenty of artifacting clearly visible as well, that would not appear in lossless audio.
