Yo! I think I found the origins of this song. Apparently it came from a Japanese Dreamcast disc called 'Dreamcast Visual Memory Data Issue' that you could buy to transfer completed save data for DC games to your VMU. According to The Cutting Room Floor (https://tcrf.net/Dreamcast_Visual_Memory_Data_Issue) this was a song that came shipped in the disc, but it went unused.

I couldn't find any roms of this online but still, what a cool song!
