This game is same as PS One version but why is Soundtrack different

Maybe for the same reason as with the first Rollcage, where there is an official Soundtrack (like here), but also a "Special Edition" where music from well-known artists was used.
Most of this Official Soundtrack from the second sequel is also used in Retro Force (PS1).
