This album is not what it claims to be. Title reads "Splatoon 2 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK -Splatune2-" but the cover art reads "Splatoon 2 SOUND TRACK" which isn't even a real official album. No listing for it under that name on the cover art at discogs.com or vgmdb.net either.

The tracks are all wrong too. This site list 47 tracks for CD1 and 37 tracks for CD2 but officially there should only be 34 on CD1 and 48 on CD2. These are the official album listings:

This is some kind of fake. Also worth noting the album was added July 21st, 2019 which was well before the official release date of November 29, 2017.

Following your reasoning most of the music on here is fake, since most of this is things like gamerip, not official CDs. The name and album art are just there to let you know it is the Splatoon 2 soundtrack. Geez.

In the end, who cares if it is a legit rip of the CD, it’s still piracy, and some of us just want to listen to the Splatoon 2 testfires.
