It's just a gamerip, just like every other Nintendo album. Only a few games were ever released officially.
Also, the FLAC. is just 32khz, probably transcoded MP3. Most of the MP3 VBR is around 200kbps except for the credits theme which is sitting at a sad 55kbps.
