HOSHI ORI YUME MIRAI Vocal Collection (2014)

Since when this album have 24 bit FLAC ?, and why only track 1 is 16 bit FLAC while the rest is 24 bit FLAC ?
Are this album is being upsampled except track 1 ?

It also missing track 11 xd

I made a conversion (MP3 to FLAC) of the original files from the vocal collection to 24 bits, track 1 is 16 bits because i extract it from the OST, the reason?
Well, that's beacause my source was the physical disk and it broke so yeah...

The 11 track missing is not my fault, i uploaded all 13 tracks to mediafire, it's just that admin forgot to download it.

lol, why you not just uploaded only mp3 then ?
It's useless to convert to FLAC (even upsampled it to 24 bit) if the source itself is lossy, maybe someone upload this album in future from CD-RIP lossless rather than uploaded album like this.
