It appears the tags were formatted incorrectly and the album cover image was over 4MB causing Windows to be unable to read the files correctly on playback. There may have also been some FLAC conversion issues so I fixed those as well.

I'm not sure if it's just a delay on the server updating things and will fix itself in a few days, an error from merging the new upload into the previous version, or an intended reversion; but the download for this still goes to the previous version instead of the most recent correction.
