Death Bringer: The Knight of Darkness (TurboGrafx-CD) (TurboGrafx-16) (gamerip) (1990)

The composer(s) here play(s) very well into the Turbografx's native synth and manage to get beautiful instrumentation that captures well somberness, mystery, and cheery happiness. Overall, the quality is quite high, albeit it does lean too much into a somber sad mood to where the listen can get a little depressing. Personally, I'd really like more of Street Performer, which has a nice funky sound too it and messes with the beats in just the right way. Overall, 8.8/10.

Personal Favorites: Laugh of Marionette, Street Performer, Boss, Japanese in Paris, Forest 2, Temple of Diga, Somewhere Far Away, Bubbles, Unused 1, The Adventure Begins
