As ScoopyDoo said, the uploaded albums have alot more tracks. Also all of it is in FLAC. while the previous versions were all in MP3 at best. (Some in FLAC.)

There's one track that I haven't been able to find anywhere (or at least a clean version of it) online and it seems to be missing here as well, it's the track that plays in Home-Run contest when Sandbag is flying through orbit. Might be worth looking into.

That might be tough, especially if you checked most of the places most people would check, it's probably not anywhere else.
