This tracklist seems to be comprised of music tracks of Ys 2.
 
Its already stateside. Look for Ys Book I&II for the TG16 at your local used games dealer... or look on Steam for Ys I&II Chronicles +...

Also, it was produced by Nihon Falcom, first brought to the US by NEC, then Atlus, then XSEED.
