Thank you so much!!! I recorded this soundtrack with similar settings on Roland MT-32 last year and deleted it by mistake during spring cleaning / move. Amazing music, perfect for homework.

It seems like the recording uploaded here is using a Roland MT-32, possibly a CM-32L which would lead to added sound effects in-game. They have also dialed up the reverb and gain a little bit in the sound card settings, emulated or not. I love the reverb since it adds some modern sound to the mix.
