Shining Tears X Wind Original Soundtrack (2007)

Never played this game (or anime) or heard about it but it has a really good soundtrack! It’s really pretty and some songs are the best to study to! would anyone mind explaining what the game (or anime) is about or what its on cause I kinda wanna play it or watch it now because of the soundtrack.
