What about fan-made compilations like those 8-bit remixes of the classic trilogy +3D Blast you had before? I’d hope that counts as “Fan game OST” while not technically being a game OST.
As long as its not taken directly from a Sonic game or from an album released by Sega/Wave Master, it can be added.
