If it's too quiet for you in F2K, remove ReplayGain info.
PC version has OGG 48kHz files with ~114 bitrate with cutoff at 17-18kHz.
You can get them with decubisnd by opening sound.dat
In this release, we got full 22kHz spectrum and 24 bit FLAC. I wonder what's the source (maybe some console version) cannot find any release info. Spectrum looks too good for these OGGs remaster. Comparing waveforms, FLACs are slightly louder, so might be not the same master either.

For delossifying/remastering process, he used RX9 and Thimeo Stereo Tool.
If someone looked for sound_dat-0000000021.mp3 it's called Shelter instrumental here. In decubisnd it's offset with 261 ending somewhere near 20% of progress bar.

Found fuller release info. Source was PC, he couldn't extract X360 version. "some sort of custom Ubisoft encrypted package. But probably XMA anyway"Huge remaster upgrade which I did with the help of Stereo Tool and RX9. Countless mastering improvements and click fixes. And a new cover as well. As a special something I also added a unmixed best of which also has bonus instrumentals.
