Where's the transmit menu theme?

It's track #45 in the Album! track #44 is Transfer Pak

Just to let everyone know because I know someone else is going to ask where the Transmit Menu theme is what Track #! its Track 45 with its sister track the Transfer Pak Being track #44

45 and 10 (Transfer Pak), and 46 and 11 (Transmit Menu) are duplicates. Can you keep only 1 version of these themes?
