Heads up, this sounds nothing like the track that plays in the (very limited) gameplay footage online. It's not easy on the English internet to tell if this happens to be an incomplete OST or an incorrect track entirely.
I wonder if the OST is unusually challenging to rip because of its nature (for those stumbling on it : this 'soundtrack' is likely so minimalist because it's tied to a game designed for the blind that plays out through voice acting and sound design! It's also Keiichi Suzuki's only VGM credit outside of the MOTHER series, which is why I was idly hoping the site would have it).
