I don’t know if you’ll ever get this but I did some digging and apparently the soundtrack is from a Half Life 2 fantasy mod called Eclipse, all of the tracks are done by Rich Douglas who has a pretty big body of work of composing soundtracks for games along with this Eclipse soundtrack which you can find on YouTube by looking up Eclipse (Half-life 2 mod) Soundtrack.
