The last song is played during a rare easter egg event in which the two returning characters from the previous game (Style Savvy for the DS) Renee and Grace invite you out. When they talk, you hear that music since its the first few notes of the previous game's theme song.

I wonder if the Livehouse was a scrapped area that was like the Live Music Club from Fashion Forward? At least from the international releases, I definitely can't find it on mine since I have the PAL version.

Also this series has definitely some of my favourite OSTs of all time I love them sm.
