Gaudi: Barcelona no Kaze (PC-88) (gamerip) (1989)

Man, the beginning of the album (Tracks #1-#2) really nails a do-or-die gunfight in Europe attitude, which this game apparently is about. Wolf Team, as usual, really creates a beautiful album on the PC-88, albeit with the usual peccadillos: Some tracks are mediocre and they have a penchant for using some instruments that are staticy and obnoxious, the biggest offender of which is the Wolf Team bell (don't worry, you'll hear it). Overall though, solid album, 9.1/10.

Personal Favorites: Tracks #1, #2, #3, #4, #8 (not a smooth listen, but the sound effects are fun and dramatic), #11 (nice western sound), #19, #20 (this is used elsewhere again later in the parody game Akushu - Kagerou no Jidai wo Koe te)
