After a bit of research, I was able to find some information for this underrated soundtrack.
The Killer Loop soundtrack was composed primarily, if not entirely by an artist named Tammo Hinrichs, who also goes by “kb” or “kebby”. kb reuploaded a remixed version of the soundtrack with ten named tracks on his bandcamp. https://music.kebby.org/album/killer-loop-o-s-t
Of the ten tracks posted, 7 match the tracks ripped from the game, and they are as follows:
Track 1: City Lights
Track 4: Coppermine
Track 7: Spaced
Track 9: Summer Holiday
Track 10: Little Girl
Track 11: Lonesome
Track 12: Ionisationsschicht
Tracks 2, 3, 5, 6, and 8 do not match anything kb posted, and unfortunately at this time remain nameless. The tracks that kb posted on bandcamp that could not be matched to any of the songs on this rip of the soundtrack are “Intro” (from the intro cutscene, not included in this rip), “In Between,” and “Schwerkraft”.
