Bass: i see some grunge brushes, a stock, soft round white brush on soft light and some too noticeable text with green outer glow, then possibly a little bit of white pencil tool.
semi-pleasing to the eye, but doesnt require much skill to make.Damn kid, you're good. But it wasn't a soft round brush on soft light...
