Mythological Omega: The Spirit Temple is deep in the Gerudo Desert. You have to fight halfway through the Temple as a kid, and the other half as an adult. The main items you get there are the Silver Gauntlets and the Mirror Shield. The temple's boss, Twinrova, forces you to be able to fully utilize the Mirror Shield. It's an awesome temple.
