Darkwatch: Brushes =/= vectors. Use the pen tool or custom shape tool for that. Anyway, it's way too messy. megaman blends in a little too much IMO. Make him a little more noticeable somehow, maybe a lightsource? And the text is annoying. I can't stop looking at it.
