I may have to switch sides.

Deeman: I personally think you're heading in the right direction. Putting up with the construction member's annoying attitude is hard all right, but if you keep cool, you'll be pulled through. If it pays the bills, then keep your job. Don't take the chance of quitting and finding yourself without any job for months; stay on the safe side, as aggravating it might be.
