Fatal_Blade: I don't know Neji's Byakugan can track Lee's speed, but I dout it can keep up with the hidden lotust, not to mention his rotation. And the lotust puts strain on the body. But then there is Lee's drunken style, so that is a very powerful tecnique. So I think Lee would win.
