The Enigmatic Man: Clans such as Dogs of the Holocaust[A.D.E.D], Organization XIII, etc. are not clans as before it's merely groups who unite whenever they play RPG Inferno. Using Organization XIII as an example they divided their members into divisions which would form parties and those parties converse in the thread but come together in the Inferno. Clans can still be made but it's just not included as yet but will be later however you can still join, make, or participate in clans and their activities.
