Cursed: It won't work. Sorry. It's just like V.E.T.E.R.A.N., which failed in a matter of days, so this may not last. As much as I would like to reduce mindless harassment in the chat, it just won't happen. People won't listen. They'll just continuously flame/harass, and whatever else.

monkeybutt: Oh, it will not be accepted. I've had some newbies PM me saying that they dont like KHI period, a few leaving because some of you guys are complete asses. That is why I am in support of this, and I will make sure the moderators are paying more attention to this. Also, I must say, VETERAN worked in the time period before its collapse. Just because something ends, does not mean it never helped.
