Americo: My only comment is if you want to get into layout, the DS stole the layout from the Play Station controller. The PsP did nothing but make the controller into a gaming system. The shoulder button and button layout is exactly the same. Given that before the DS the Gameboys had only two buttons and until the GBA it had no shoulder buttons either. Both were added on AFTER the Playstation brought them into the gaming light.
