Ichi Teh Killer: I manage to get about 2 litres a day down me. That's pretty close to the ideal amount, right? Can anyone tell me what the recommended amount really is? Or does anyone else even drink water, or is it all soft drinks, milkshakes and booze? If you do, how much?
