square-enix: No, you go to vb Plaza Main where you can buy items to do certain actions. Edit: You might be able to go to the other options directly, if you have the points but I wouldn't know. The first way works for sure.

Ichi Teh Killer: The highest attainable level is 9,999 I think. Stats can go into the millions and the whole thing is generally full of insanely high numbers that would make an FF player who thinks he can do a lot of damage puke at the sight of them.
