Only if it ranks #1 in the box office with like, 3.4 million dollars. Anyway, why would fans freak if Soundwave's transformation was less than a foot tall?

Back in the G1 cartoon and comic Soundwave was about the same height as Megatron so the only ones who would "freak out" would be immature fanboys who hate everything in a movie unless it's done their way.
