the loose moose: and does 16gb fit on a 7.95 gb dvd-9? the point im making is that there are such things as games bigger than what a dvd-9 can handle, unlike what Super Eclipse is saying didnt you say you were done with this thread? and is it really so unbelievably terrible to have more than one disc?

SuperEclipse: Could Fall man fit on DVD9 with MS dev tools?(I know for a fact Fall of Man will never come to the 360))but lets say it did.. It would have no trouble fitting on a DVD-9. Microsoft's console is specifically designed to cater to developers using PS (procedural synthesis) techniques which allows for incredibly robust compression for the game data. You can fit WAY more data in 9GB on a 360 DVD than you ever could on a 9GB chunk of a BR disc for PS3.
