It seems that when you get stressed you should watch porn or stare at some breasts or something. Yeah I know "Oh mah godz pr0n!!" seriously though, I read that watching porn is a good stress reliever. And it's ok to release your anger someway, everyone does and will snap at some point in their life. Just try not to let it get the better of you.
