SOLDIER Cloud: i think its cause (if i remember right) you dont get to that area until after you defeat demyx, so maybe once you kill demyx his mushroom will die too? At the start of KH II, 5 org members are already dead (yeah, I know you fight them in this game, they are still dead. I have no clue how we fight them again yet.

KeyBreaker: If you also noted, recall in the Castle That Never Was. When the Org member was walking towards the seat in the same room as the knight, you get a glimpse of those same prison cells Kairi was stuck in. Also, the designs look unmistakably similar.
