I admit that I had accepted his assumption that the West banned it without checking it, as I had heard similar things, but the crux of my argument remains - the ban would make sense. It would be similar to a ban on seriously advocating reinstitution of slavery in the US. Needlessly contraversial, likely to cause violence, etc.

Ryu: Do the people who hate 4chan ever visit boards OTHER than /b/ or /h/? I visit every once in a while, I can't call myself a regular, but I know enough about it to say that all the anti-4chan-ism is retarded. I'd think that a forum that has boards like Papercraft & Origami and Traditional Games, attempts to have a much bigger audience than just 'the rejects of this world', doesn't it? Also, I demand more people on UT at this hour.
