Blitz_Ace: According to the Guide, you should first get rid of the magus and including that I would suggest to have healing gambits as well. Try to isolate the Judges by defeating the other guards. If you still die change your healing gambit and increase the percentage by 10. (If you have let's say 40% then change it to 50%). Hope this helps.

RIDETHEPIG: Most kids these days don't get what this song is supposed to mean. :\ Arm's Race = Competition between warring states to see who can amass the most weaponry. Scene = Venue. Filled with people. I one could elaborate that the moral lesson behind this song is indicating that our society is more of a social darwinism rather than a normal "scene."
