twilight_dragon: That is true. You have to get an actual petition and get people in your local county or state to sign it. Then you send it in and the House of Representatives get it. They vote for months and do some trials. If it's a 2/3'rds vote, then it's sent to the president I think who can kill/veto or approve the bill. If it gets rejected by the House of Representatives, then it's killed. And how is the drug supposedly used for Medical Health?
