What I personally beleive is the key to successful and competent roleplaying.
Characters interact. If they do not, playing roles becomes vividly redundant.
Meaning, your rp and your roleplaying career will be based off of how well you interact with other characters, and how easily you can create a character persona that will mesh with the storyline and the other characters.
