Johnny Stooge: I'm pretty sure Disney handles the voice-acting where the English dub is concerned. (Apart from the FFVII characters, whom I assume were voiced by their Advent Children actors and not KH1 actors (Mandy Moore - Mena Suvari, Lance Bass - George Newbern) due to contractual obligations.) The only reason I can think that Billy Zane did not come back was due to budget problems. Too many roles to fill, not enough money. Because it's not as if Billy Zane is busy acting or anything.
