Really weird, but so unique I can't help but enjoy it. The sound quality is pretty bad, but that's more because of the way the songs themselves were recorded, not the quality of the clips.
I'd like to review this album track by track because it's so different, but I won't. What I will do though is recommend Metal Sonic, which sounds like a recording of a gritty bar band (in a good way), City in the Clouds for some nice 90's-style downbeat electronica, and Sandopolis for some weird, authentic-sound ing middle eastern beats.
Overa ll, this is a great album with some really special elements that even people who aren't Sonic fans can get into.
