Color Me Evil: There's too much in the background and not enough in the foreground. V2 worse than V1, color-wise. Screw around with gradient maps, channel mixers, etc. to get some different colors in there.

But if i had to choose based on element and what we know of each org. memeber i would have to say Marluxia, controls nature(basically life and death); Xemnas(the superior); Xigbar, controls space; and Saix I would include Luxord, who controls time, but his likeness to gambling impedes his elemental potential
