They spent too much money on it, and it is capable to do faaar greater things than UE3... They are probably gonna use UE3 for that new MMORPG for the PS3/360. It makes sense.

Circle of the Moon, Aria of Sorrow, Curse of Darkness, Lament of Innosence, Legacy of Darkness, Harmony of Dissonance, Dawn of Sorrow, Portrait of Ruin, etc of etc.
